What’s the Best Time to Reach Customers on LinkedIn?

Among social networks, LinkedIn is the clear choice when it comes to business-to-business engagement and lead generation. If you’re looking to increase visibility, but are puzzled when it comes to optimal reach, these tips may help determine the best times to connect with potential customers.
After sifting through data from millions of LinkedIn users, AddThis, an Internet marketing agency, claims you get the most shares and clicks on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Another agency, Fannit, claims the best times to post on LinkedIn are twice a day during the standard business week, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. They suggest that Tuesday through Thursday are the best days to reach the largest audience. However, I always recommend that our clients post during banker’s hours Monday through Friday.
LinkedIn statistics reveal much about the mindset of your audience. Monday is all about ramping up business activities for the week, while Friday’s audience may be more relaxed and winding down for the week. Finding the right time to reach your audience on LinkedIn may boost engagement and ultimately help you connect with more customers.
